Custom Fiberglass Fabrication in Denver, CO
Custom fiberglass panels, wide-body kits and parts built by hand to fit your car.
Custom fiberglass fabrication. Built from the ground up.
Every custom fiberglass part starts with a plug, the exact shape of your finished part. We build it by hand from foam, filler, an existing panel or a 3D print, then refine it until the surface is perfect. The mold is taken from that plug, so every part matches it exactly.

From replacement panels to one-off designs.
From discontinued body panels to wide-body kits and custom aero parts, we build it all in-house.
Panel reproduction
Discontinued panels remade from a good original, your damaged panel or accurate measurements. Often the best option for older cars.
Wide-body and flares
Custom fender flares and wide-body panels that look like part of the original design.
Scoops, ducts and splitters
Custom hood scoops, air ducts and splitters made for your car.
Gel coat or paint prep
Finished in gel coat, or sanded smooth and prepped so our paint team can apply color and clear.

Can you make a panel that is no longer available?
Yes. We need something to work from, like a good original, your damaged panel or accurate measurements. This is a big part of what we do.
How is this different from buying a body kit?
We build every part around your actual car for a precise, factory-quality fit.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size and complexity of the part. We'll give you a clear quote at your free consultation. Most of the cost is in making the plug and mold. Once the mold exists, each extra part costs much less.
How long does it take?
A new part with a new plug and mold usually takes six to ten weeks. We'll give you a realistic date upfront.
Do you repair fiberglass too?
Yes. We repair damaged fiberglass through our fiberglass repair service.
Bring the car or the idea.
A photo, a broken panel, or a description will do. We will tell you what it takes to build it before you commit.
